Reserve Your Home Solar Power Rental System

The Forward Rental Agreement Application is our reservation form. This form is not a contract. It simply is locking in your posted electric rate no matter how long it takes for your home solar power system to be installed. You may opt out anytime up to and including your site inspection as stated in 9.2.3 of the terms and conditions. The notation for the 5 day cancel policy on the FRA page legally has to be included to comply to some states but the 9.2.3 section in the terms and conditions supercedes and extends that time frame to an unlimited time frame to cancel the FRA up to and including your FREE site inspection and solar system design for your home being presented to you.  This first step is simply reserving a system and most importantly locking in your electrical rate at last year's prices.

I will reserve a home solar system for you after I verify your information and forward it to corporate headquarters. No matter when your system is installed, you will get the locked-in rate.

There is no money required to reserve your REnU home solar power system. 

Filling in the Forward Rental Agreement Application:

1. Parties
Type in your name and mailing address as it appears on your electric bill.

2. Area of Use, Effective Rental Rate and Term

Type in your physical address where your home solar power system will be installed.

Contract Territory: type in the name of the electric company you now use.

If your electric utility is not listed you can still fill out the form, send it to me and I will call you when I get your contact information with a couple options. Contract Date: type in today's date.

System size and monthly rate is left blank.  System size is estminated with whatever you put in as your average monthly bill.  Exclude the amount you pay for taxes and your connection charge.  Your monthly rate is based on the final size of the solar system when the design is developed but the KWh rate is already predetermined and locked in.   If you add up your past 12 months KWh posted on your electric bill I can give you a close estimate of your home solar power system size and monthly rate. 

Contract Term: 10 years  The 10 year term comes with the option of renewing for another 10 years at the then current EIA posted rate for your utilit. For more information on the benefits please see the FAQs page.
 

Ridgeline Orientation: choose which way the major ridge in your roof runs or the location on your property where your home solar power system is best exposed to the sun.

Shading Factor: choose about how much shade you have at the location or section of roof you chose above. Your REnU home solar power system can be located up to 300 feet from your home if you prefer not to have it roof mounted.

Roofing Material: the material that best describes your roof.

Last Roofing: what year your roof was last replaced. 

Average Monthly Bill: an estimate is all that is needed.

3. Disclosures and Signatures:  After you print it out:

Please sign at Agreed to by the Customer and initials.

Supply your phone information so we may contact you about your account.

The user name and email address spaces are optional but very useful. They will be necessary to access your dedacated account online.

You will want to access your online account in order to take advantage of our customer referral program. For every person you refer to us who also becomes a customer, you receive 5% of their monthly solar power bill deducted from your solar bill. For example, your referrer has a monthly rental bill of $100, you receive $5/mth, $60/yr, $1200/20yrs off of your own rental bill. If you refer enough friends you could eliminate your solar power rental bill. 

Print out two copies of the Forward Rental Agreement Application, sign and mail one copy to me.  The sooner your application is on file the sooner you will be contacted for a site review.
