The opportunity to promote alternative energy in the form of our Home Solar Power program can be very profitable and mentally rewarding. This is not so much a job as a pleasure once you understand all the wide reaching benefits that occur when homeowners upgrade with our REnU system.
There are four ways you are paid.1. Installation and Retention Advance (IRA) This is paid in up to three installments on both your own and your Team's customers. You may be paid 10% just for signing up homeowners after their information is verified. Commission can be as high as $600 per home. The average commission is $300 so that is $30 just for signing them up. You are paid 40% when the system is installed and 50% on the one year anniversity of the installation. 2. Monthly Rental Commissions on both your own and your Team's customers. You are paid a 5% residual of the solar rental bill every month for every home for the full term of the homeowner's contract. The average residuals for one home, over 20 years is estimated to be $1200. You are paid a 1% residual for installed systems on homes of the team members you enrolled. 3. Matching Bonuses on your Team's earnings. 4. Other Bonuses and Rewards: 1% Bonus Pool Free training Free trips Hybrid car bonus Special incentives
